Student Services Department

STEP Student Services Department is here for help and guidance through out your academic journey and well after that. Student Services Team comprises of dedicated staff, proactive in its approach. For all the students of STEP, it offers a comprehensive range of support including:

• Pre-entry advice and interview if appropriate
• Counseling and guidance throughout the academic life and after 
• Issuing reference letters / recommendation letters
• Issuing final transcripts / certificates
• Developing and providing links between the Student body & Industry
• Arranging student placements & internships 
• Resolving issues that relate to students' academic performance
• Getting regular students' feedback and suggestions
• Arranging social activities (in interaction with Students Union)
• Representing students' body externally
• Helping students finding accomodation

The Student Services Department is open from 09:00 a.m. to 08:00 p.m. (Mondays to Saturdays). An appointment can be booked to see the the counsellors either on telephone (111-020-020) or through email (info@step.edu.pk). All students are encouraged to give any suggestions or opinion posting in the 'Suggestion box', placed in front of ARC.
